Att Finnas Till
Vad är det att leva livet
är det nöjen i en stor stad
eller tystnad på en ö
Att finnas till det är för mig
att se sommarängar blomma,
lyss till vågor från en sjö
Att se ett hav i solnedgången
Att se ett segel ligga still
Sommarkväll - att förnimma alla dofter
Det är då jag känner jag finns till
Att finnas till - det är att njuta stunder
Att finnas till - det är så stort för mig
Finnas till - det är ett herrens under
Att finnas till - det är att va' med dig!
Finnas till det är att sitta
med den vän man håller kärast,
kanske läppja ett glas vin
Att finnas till då för varann
medan staden redan sover,
kanske tända stearin
Att ligga där och känna värmen
från den man älskar - sådant vill
jag nog tro många tycker är att leva
Det är då man känner man finns till
Att finnas till - det är att njuta stunder

To exist, for me
Is to see summer meadows bloom,
Listen to waves from a lake
To see a sea in the sunset
To see a sailboat at rest
Summer evening - to sense all the scents
That's when I feel I exist
To exist - it's to enjoy moments
To exist - it's so big for me
To exist - it's a miracle
To exist - it's to be with you!
To exist is to sit
with the friend you hold dearest,
maybe sip a glass of wine
To exist then for each other
while the city is already asleep,
maybe light a candle
To lie there and feel the warmth
from the one you love - such things
I believe many think is to live
That's when you feel you exist
