But know this, that in the last days
Grievous times will come
For men will be lovers of self
Lovers of money, boastful, arrogant
Unthankful, unholy
Unforgiving
Without self-control, lovers of pleasure
Rather than lovers of God
You will hear of wars and rumors of wars
See that you aren't in troubled
For all this must happen
But the end is not yet
For nation will rise against nation
And kingdom against kingdom
And there will be famines, plagues and earthquakes
In various places
But all these things are the beginning of the birth pains
Because iniquity will be multiplied
The love of many will grow cold
(Let no one deceive you in any way
For it will not be unless the departure comes first
And the man of sin is revealed
The son of destruction
He who opposes and exalt himself
Against all that is called God or that is worshipped
So that he sits as God in the temple of God

But you remain in the things
Which you have learned and have been assured of

Você vai ouvir falar de guerras e rumores de guerras
Veja que você não está no conturbado
Por tudo isto deve acontecer
Mas o efeito ainda não está
Porquanto se levantará nação contra nação
E reino contra reino
E haverá fomes, pestes e terremotos
Em vários lugares
Mas todas estas coisas são o princípio das dores de parto
Porque a iniquidade será multiplicada
O amor de muitos esfriará
(Ninguém se engane a você de alguma maneira
Por que não vai ser menos que a saída vem em primeiro lugar
E o homem do pecado é revelado
O filho da perdição
Aquele que se opõe e se exalta
Contra tudo o que se chama Deus ou é objeto de adoração
De modo que se assentará, como Deus, no templo de Deus
Definindo-se como Deus)
Mas você permanece nas coisas
O que você aprendeu e foram certeza de
Sabendo de quem o tens aprendido
Desde a infância você tem conhecer as Sagradas Escrituras
Que são capazes de tornar-te sábio para a salvação
(Através da fé), que está nos

Ele enxugará dos mesmos
Toda lágrima de seus olhos
A morte não existirá mais
Também não haverá
