Rumbeando para Fray Bentos
de alpargatas y escafandra
que lindo es volver al pago
y encontrarse con la planta
pa´ sentir olor a humo
que las chimeneas largan
pa´ hacerle fiesta a los perros
con pescuezo de jirafa
Y esos viejitos divinos
bien cargaditos de escamas
con tentáculos y branquias
amargueando de mañana
- Clavo mi remo en el agua
lo saco todo podrido
creo que he visto un mamut
del otro lado del río.
Que lindo es volver al pago
Pa´ ver las vacas que pastan
como la vaca de Milka
violeta con manchas blancas
y jinetes con caballos
visibles para los coches
porque tienen pelo verde
que brilla cuando es de noche
y ovejas modernizadas
concientes de lo que es bueno
que en vez de crecerles lana
les crece polietileno

con Don Rosendo, con Doña Eustaquia,
con la pequeña paseando el hamster,
bajando higos con gusto a papa.
Corriendo un choclo con el Finlandio
con "Bob Esponja" abajo el agua
con antenitas todos mutando,
jugando al teto y a la piragua.
Con los porteños, los finlandeses,
los españoles, todos en casa
gritando juntos todos unidos
pero que linda que está la planta!!!
