We're Still Drifting
How shallow are we that we can't see when something's wrong?
When there is so much to look back on from
all the things they taught us, when everything we did felt a lot more important than all that
We put in just what we wanted out of it
The floorboards caved in and now there isn't much left
But I'm still happy cause I still can be
and if we keep it up, us being here, I'm perfectly fine
but I want you to know we could've done better

¿Qué tan superficiales somos que no podemos ver cuando algo está mal?
Cuando hay tanto en qué reflexionar
de todas las cosas que nos enseñaron, cuando todo lo que hicimos se sintió mucho más importante que todo eso
Pusimos solo lo que queríamos obtener de ello
Los pisos se derrumbaron y ahora no queda mucho
Pero aún estoy feliz porque aún puedo serlo
y si seguimos así, estando aquí, estoy perfectamente bien
pero quiero que sepas que podríamos haberlo hecho mejor
