Quiero hablar con dios, sin intermediarios,
Un diálogo directo sin trámites sectarios,
Y es que me han dicho tantos de diferente iglesia
Que el suyo es el camino hacia la vida eterna,
Qué sólo ellos tienen la verdad absoluta,
Los demás son pecadores, gente vana y disoluta.
Quiero hablar con dios, hacerle una pregunta
¿qué pasa con los krishnas y los fieles de buda?
¿será que el cielo se hizo para los cristianos?
¿o para todo aquel que ame a sus hermanos?
Y los que jamás vieron las santas escrituras,
¿serán que son juzgados de acuerdo a su cultura?

Sobre las cosas que no entiendo
¿dónde lo encontraré, al final del túnel o aquí adentro?
¿y si el diablo está en nuestro malos pensamientos?
¿y hacia dónde iré cuando abandone este cuerpo?

Se encuentra en nuestros pechos y qué es lo que enlaza
O está distribuida por todo el cuerpo humano
Y si nos la heredaron o cuándo es que se encarna.
¿y por qué para lograr su elevamiento,
Hay que privar al cuerpo de agua y alimento?
Quiero hablar con dios sobre las cosas que no entiendo
¿dónde lo encontraré, al final del túnel o aquí adentro?
¿y si el diablo está en nuestros malos pensamientos?

I wanna talk to God, no middlemen involved,
A direct dialogue without sectarian procedures,
And so many from different churches have told me
That theirs is the path to eternal life,
That only they have the absolute truth,
The rest are sinners, vain and dissolute.
I wanna talk to God, ask him a question
What about the Krishnas and the faithful of Buddha?
Was heaven made for Christians only?
Or for anyone who loves their brothers?
And those who never saw the holy scriptures,
Will they be judged based on their culture?

About the things I don't understand
Where will I find him, at the end of the tunnel or inside me?
And if the devil resides in our evil thoughts?
And where will I go when I leave this body?

I wanna talk to God, ask him if the soul
Resides in our chests and what binds it
Or is it spread throughout the human body
And if we inherit it or when it incarnates.
And why, to achieve enlightenment,
Do we have to deprive the body of water and food?
I wanna talk to God about the things I don't understand
