Com amargura na alma e angústia em seu peito
Chorando, clamando e pedindo um filho a Deus
Sendo humilhada por muitos que lhe conheciam

Ana esperou o momento da bênção chegar

With bitterness in her soul and anguish in her chest
Crying, pleading, and asking God for a child
Being humiliated by many who knew her
But faithfully following her destiny
Much time has passed and that suffering
Ana waited for the moment of blessing to come
I don't know how long it lasted, but she endured, remained faithful
I know the trial ended, victory arrived, God gave her Samuel
If you cry like Ana cried
If you plead like Ana pleaded
If you don't give up and persevere
At the right moment, God will deliver to you
Stay strong, don't give up
God will place the blessing in your hands
I don't know how long Ana waited
But I can say that victory was delivered to her by God
