The poor boy
Wanted to tell it, and fell asleep
There is oblivion in sleep
How I envy it!
I too would like to sleep like this
In sleep at least to find oblivion!
Seeking only peace I go
I wish I could forget everything
But every effort is in vain before
I always have her sweet face in front of me!
The peace taken away is only for me
Why must I suffer so much?
She always seems to be in my heart!
Fatal vision, leave me!
