Seed Poem
You're on my mind
Right now just to let you know,
As I write this trying to
Create a flow,
Like a river rushing
Through the trenches in the ground,
Like a boat in the ocean
With the sail down,
I'm thinking so hard
But my words are on flight,
But I know when they land
This poem will be just right,
Right for you
And fun to read,
That's why I'm trying to water
It down like you would do a seed,
Take care of it and nourish it,
So when it comes to be,
It'll be beautiful and sweet
When it comes from me.

Estás en mi mente
En este momento solo para que lo sepas,
Mientras escribo esto tratando de
Crear un flujo,
Como un río que corre
A través de las trincheras en el suelo,
Como un barco en el océano
Con la vela abajo,
Estoy pensando tan duro
Pero mis palabras están en vuelo,
Pero sé que cuando aterricen
Este poema será perfecto,
Perfecto para ti
Y divertido de leer,
Por eso estoy tratando de regarlo
Como harías con una semilla,
Cuidarlo y nutrirlo,
Para que cuando llegue a ser,
Será hermoso y dulce
Cuando provenga de mí.
