The world is sneaky, cruel, and evil
Opposes the eternal kingdom, brings chaos
Breaks the commandments, undoes the law that is holy and pure
Exchanges right for wrong, turns everything upside down

We want to see the angels, trumpets resounding
We want to see Jesus in the clouds of heaven
I look at myself and try to find
Explanation for my falls and my sins
The good I want, I do not do
The evil I abhor so much is right there within my reach, constantly calling me
Fear follows me wherever I go
The lack of love is great, it terrifies us
The Spirit of the Eternal is slowly moving away
The strong winds of evil are blowing with all their fury

The prophecies already point, it has come to an end
The sad story of sin has come to its conclusion
