Away Dreams
Those dreams I had with you, countless nights
The plans where we were happy, yes, we were
They were all away dreams, empty stories
I was enough for both of us, but never enough for you
Sometimes I wonder what I could have done to make you stay
And so, I bid farewell, shattered into a thousand pieces
In the darkness of endless nights, I wonder if you're content with your fate
I imagine where you walk, and sometimes I dream that one day we'll meet again
Our gazes will change arrows of regret, I know I still belong to you
Now, here I am, gazing at the empty horizon as the Sun sets
Tears have dried, and pain has become my companion
It's time to say goodbye, accepting that some stories don't have happy endings
But who knows, perhaps in another life, I'll have another chance
