Um fogo nos aquecerá com chamas imortais
E todo o que ali passar irá purificar.
Tal qual ouro se refina no calor abrasador,
Nós iremos por sua graça, um caráter novo ter.
O Renovador seu fogo atuará em nós,
Limpará os corações e daremos glória a Deus.
Refinará nosso ser e transformará o viver,
E todo o que implorar irá puro se tornar.
Sabemos das verdades que o Cristo ensinou,
Não há mais vil pecado que Jesus não perdoou.
Se aceitarmos o seu sangue nos trará a salvação.
Seu poder faz forte aos fracos, toda a alma susterá.
The Renewing Fire
A fire will warm us with immortal flames
And all who pass by will be purified.
Just as gold is refined in the scorching heat,
We will, by His grace, have a new character.
The Renewer will act with His fire in us,
He will cleanse our hearts and we will give glory to God.
He will refine our being and transform our living,
And all who implore will become pure.
We know the truths that Christ taught,
There is no vile sin that Jesus did not forgive.
If we accept His blood, it will bring us salvation.
His power makes the weak strong, sustaining every soul.
