Pareciera que las acciones duermen,
debajo de una pila de palabras aburridas,
aplastadas por periódicos mojados,
que cubren al linyera del roció matutino.
Me provoca la incansable salida del sol,
que provoca la incansable salida del sol.
Suponiendo que las ideas caen,
detrás de laberínticos, y enormes anaqueles,
bibliotecas apestadas de nombres,
de grandiosos creadores, de historias memorables.
Que intentaron generar un mundo mejor,
no encontraron trofeos pero si inquisición.
Yo pensaba que los libros encerraban,
esas almas entregadas a la búsqueda absoluta,
aplicando su energía y su genio,
para alborotar las vidas de los seres que vendrían.
Exentos de arte y también de amor,
atestados de dioses pero sin religión.
Sin embargo esta vida sin olvido,
del aroma de una flor que renace en el granito,
yo percibo que hoy se cansó hasta el viento,
y la lluvia pone música a los tristes pensamientos.
Y el linyera se ríe de la gente infeliz,
consumiendo su vino sin futuro ni fin.
Y el linyera se ríe de la gente feliz,
brindo por el fracaso y no... se quiere ir.
Tramp Humor
It seems that actions sleep,
under a pile of boring words,
crushed by wet newspapers,
covering the tramp from the morning dew.

behind labyrinthine, and huge shelves,
libraries reeking of names,
of grand creators, of memorable stories.

found no trophies but inquisition.
I thought that books contained,
those souls devoted to the absolute search,
applying their energy and genius,
to stir up the lives of beings to come.
Devoid of art and also of love,
crowded with gods but without religion.
Yet this life without forgetting,
of the scent of a flower reborn in the granite,
I perceive that today even the wind got tired,
and the rain puts music to sad thoughts.
And the tramp laughs at unhappy people,
drinking his wine with no future or end.
And the tramp laughs at happy people,
toasting to failure and no... wanting to leave.
