I have often thought to myself
Why some people don't eat flesh
Is it the morals that we're taught?
Lurking deep beneath our skin
Bodies that are constant sources
Rich in power and in strength
Human form is far removed from
What we like to think of as :
Where did the concept of eating human flesh?
Become so repulsive from?
There's got to be and even better way
For others to think of what they might
Place upon their plate without disregard
I wish someone could someday explain to me this strange concept
For like others I am mortal and don't have all the answers.
