On my way I found a stone

I started to dig to find some more
Diggin' the dirt to the core
My shovel broke I went to the store
I bed my shovel in stone
The owner said oh, the shovel's worth way more
So I went digging some more
I found a plank behind a door
And our plank broke once more
I started to dig with my bare hands
Skinnin' my flesh to the core
On my way I found a stone
