Rights And Wrongs
They say that we should be thankful, not to take our rights for granted
I say they should be thankful that we follow a few of their laws
We don't need their constitution, don't let them dictate your rights
They tell us "love it or leave it", it's time to stand up and fight!!!
And we're taught to settle for less, not to question their authority
The bill of rights, the first amendment's designed to appease us all
But what do we do when even those meager rights refuse to be protected
Traffic violations, underage gambling, the draft, the internet, all a legal joke!
Rights!
Above Laws!
Derechos y Errores
Dicen que deberíamos estar agradecidos, no dar por sentados nuestros derechos
Yo digo que deberían estar agradecidos de que seguimos algunas de sus leyes
No necesitamos su constitución, no permitas que dicten tus derechos
Nos dicen 'ámalo o déjalo', ¡es hora de levantarse y luchar!
Y nos enseñan a conformarnos con menos, no cuestionar su autoridad
La carta de derechos, la primera enmienda está diseñada para apaciguarnos a todos
Pero ¿qué hacemos cuando ni siquiera esos escasos derechos se niegan a ser protegidos?
Infracciones de tráfico, apuestas ilegales, el reclutamiento, internet, ¡todo un chiste legal!
¡Derechos!
¡Por encima de las leyes!
