En 1911 les voy a explicar muy bien
Mataron a dos hermanos y a un primo hermano tambien,
Fue un jueves 20 de abril como a las 3 de la tarde
Murio don mariano perez en las manos de un cobarde,
Carreras tan desgraciadas esas carreras del cerro
Perdieron vida y caballos y perdieron su dinero.
Fue domenico de luna el que la mecha prendio
Y a los primeros balazos fue el primero que corrio,
Isidro perez decia muy macizo en sus razones
Yo tambien muero en la raya no soy cria de correlones,
Isidro perez decia nos pegaron a la mala
Si hubieran habla'o derecho otro gallo les cantara.
Mariano perez decia ya dejalo por la paz
Pues asi nos convendria sea por dios no digo mas,
