Foundation
Inside my mind where thoughts reside
my point of view, my life, nothing can change
my fight for what I know is right.
I will fall to my knees a humble servant,
my spirit is willing but my flesh is weak.
Weak against the pressures of this world
which drag me down and shove my face in my mistakes.
To let me know that I can break,
break but never break apart. For no one could ever
change my heart.
Trials, tests of faith to challenge your beliefs
to test if your stand is weak,
never shame to stand up for your cause
a foundation strong, suffer not a loss.
Fundamento
Dentro de mi mente donde residen los pensamientos
mi punto de vista, mi vida, nada puede cambiar
mi lucha por lo que sé que es correcto.
Caeré de rodillas como un humilde siervo,
mi espíritu está dispuesto pero mi carne es débil.
Débil ante las presiones de este mundo
que me arrastran y me empujan la cara en mis errores.
Para hacerme saber que puedo quebrar,
quebrar pero nunca desmoronarme. Porque nadie podría
cambiar mi corazón.
Pruebas, pruebas de fe para desafiar tus creencias
para probar si tu postura es débil,
nunca avergüences de defenderte por tu causa
un fundamento fuerte, no sufras una pérdida.
