Dove Return to Your Nest

Los Cadetes de Linares

Paloma Vuelve a Tú Nido

Dove Return to Your Nest

A mockingbird is flying around a branch
He's singing and crying for the evil dove
He carries a pain in his chest, like a dagger stuck

Then he stands in his nest, and starts to sing sadly
And between sigh and sigh, he only looks at the dovecote
Where you are, dove, that I can't forget you

Dove return to your nest, I keep waiting for you
Have compassion, I beg you, don't make me suffer anymore
That's how the mockingbird sang, between sighs and tears

Then he stands in his nest, and starts to sing sadly
And between sigh and sigh, he only looks at the dovecote
Where you are, dove, that I can't forget you
