Ao me aproximar da mesa do Senhor
Para receber Corpo e Sangue de Jesus,
a Sua misericórdia me envolve, me conduz.
É a certeza de viver a vitória da cruz.
Ouço Jesus chamando meu nome,
me convidando a ser santo, a ser luz.
O que eu vivo neste momento é mistério de salvação,
é, verdadeiramente, Jesus tocando meu coração.
É Jesus, é Jesus, tocando o meu coração.
Este alimento que vou receber agora
santifica minha vida e me leva para o Céu.
Eu creio na Eucaristia: Jesus está aqui,
amando e perdoando os pecados meus.
Como é grande o meu Senhor, imenso é o Seu poder.
Mergulho na Tua paz, me abandono em Teu amor.
Doce, suave melodia os anjos cantam lá no Céu,
pra celebrar a salvação e glória de Deus.

As I approach the Lord's table
To receive the Body and Blood of Jesus,
His mercy surrounds me, guides me.
It's the certainty of living the victory of the cross.
I hear Jesus calling my name,
Inviting me to be holy, to be light.
What I experience in this moment is a mystery of salvation,
Truly, it's Jesus touching my heart.
It's Jesus, it's Jesus, touching my heart.
This nourishment I will receive now
Sanctifies my life and leads me to Heaven.
I believe in the Eucharist: Jesus is here,
Loving and forgiving my sins.
How great is my Lord, immense is His power.
I dive into Your peace, I surrender to Your love.
Sweet, gentle melody the angels sing up in Heaven,
To celebrate the salvation and glory of God.
