A mesa esta pronta o cordeiro imolado
É o banquete da aliança pão e vinho consagrados
Trouxeste a tua oferta fizeste adoração
Mas não basta se te falta comunhão
Não basta estar presente em mais uma celebração
Não basta se afinar cantar uma bela canção
É preciso algo mais. vem te quero comigo
Vós sois o sal da terra vos sois a luz do mundo
E eu seu alimento dia a dia
Estou presente na eucaristia
Tomai e comei, tomai e bebei
Este pão é meu corpo
Este vinho é meu sangue
Que por vos derramarei (bis)
Fazei isto em memória de mim!

Communion
The table is set, the lamb is sacrificed
It's the feast of the covenant, bread and wine blessed
You brought your offering, you showed your devotion
But it’s not enough if you lack connection

You need something more. Come, I want you with me
You are the salt of the earth, you are the light of the world
And I am your sustenance day by day
I am present in the Eucharist

This bread is my body
This wine is my blood
