Peregrinando por este mundo
Caminhando para o céu de luz
Muitas vezes com os pés feridos
Tropeçando com a pesada cruz
Seja cantando ou mesmo chorando
Minha cruz eu não posso deixar
Pois no meu da angústia
Eu ouço a voz do meu Jesus
Assim me falar:
Levanta tua cabeça e vai
Vai seguindo e não chores mais
O Senhor enxugará teu pranto
E novo canto tu entoarás
Se você está desanimado
Já pensando em deixar a cruz
Esquecendo que do outro lado
Te espera o Senhor Jesus
Toma a tua cruz e vai seguindo
Mesmo se tua cruz pesada é
Mas não temas tenha confiança
É o Senhor que está provando a tua fé
O Senhor prova a quem ele quem ama
E de ti nunca se esquecerá
Se tu choras, Ele te contempla
Se tu clamas também te ouvirá
Lança sobre ele os teus problemas
Põe os teus joelhos sobre o chão
Pois existe alguém ao teu lado
Que está colhendo as tuas orações

Pilgriming through this world
Walking towards the light of heaven
Many times with wounded feet
Stumbling with the heavy cross
Whether singing or even crying
I can't leave my cross behind
For in the midst of anguish
I hear the voice of my Jesus
Speaking to me this way:
Lift up your head and go
Keep going and don't cry anymore
The Lord will wipe away your tears
And you will sing a new song
If you are discouraged
Already thinking of leaving the cross
Forgetting that on the other side
The Lord Jesus awaits you
Take up your cross and keep going
Even if your cross is heavy
But do not fear, have faith
It is the Lord testing your faith
The Lord tests those he loves
And will never forget you
If you cry, He sees you
If you call out, He will also hear you
Cast your problems upon Him
Put your knees on the ground
For there is someone by your side
Who is collecting your prayers
