Para puxar cobra pros pés do produtor
Mas é com ela e a semente que germina
Que faz a planta dar a fruta, pão e flor
Pois acredite também que o que resta
Fauna, flora, água, solo e o que for
São tratados com carinho e destreza
E o alimento da mesa tem a mão do agricultor
Para cuidar não é preciso usar veneno
Pois o agrotóxico adoece o cidadão
O camponês aprendeu desde pequeno
Que o excedente da sua alimentação
Vai para a economia solidária
Sanar a fome de toda a nossa nação
E o agronegócio produz com suas máquinas
Mercadorias para a exportação
O lavrador diversifica sua roça
Cultivando a agroecologia
Produz verdura, feijão, arroz e farinha
Peixe, carne e galinha
Que consome todo o dia
Para o café, o almoço e o jantar
E para a nossa segurança alimentar
Vamos viver, vamos beber, vamos comer
