A Maior Riqueza
Existem coisas que o teu dinheiro não pode comprar
Coisas que perecem que o tempo se encarregam de apagar
Imaginem as coisas do céu que só Deus tem para nos dar
Nem com o dinheiro do mundo inteiro se pode pensar em comprar
Coisas que perecem as vezes o homem pode adquerir
O mundo inteiro e aguardar tranquilo a hora de partir
Porém ao partir ficará pra outros enfim disfrutar
Pobre miserável sua alma com Deus se encontrara
Com o dinheiro se compra a cama mas não compra o sono
Se compra o remédio mas não a saúde
Se compra uma casa tão rica e bela uma linda mansão
Porém a morada no céu com Jesus não se compra não
O homem sem Cristo não tem esperança e se sente só
Mesmo com o dinheiro lhe falta Jesus a riqueza maior
Com Jesus na vida é melhor do que se pode imaginar
Pois Jesus é tudo e esse tudo Ele pôde nos ofertar
Todo crente salvo procura ajuntar o tesouro no céu
O ladrão não entra e nem a ferrugem o destruirá
Preferimos Cristo Jesus do que as riquezas daqui
Ele vai voltar do que adianta tesouros aqui
The Greatest Wealth
There are things that your money can't buy
Things that perish that time takes care of erasing
Imagine the things from heaven that only God has to give us
Not even with all the money in the world can one think of buying
Things that perish sometimes man can acquire
The whole world and calmly await the time to depart
But upon departing, it will be left for others to enjoy
Poor wretch, your soul will meet God
With money you can buy a bed but not sleep
You can buy medicine but not health
You can buy a house so rich and beautiful, a lovely mansion
But the dwelling in heaven with Jesus cannot be bought
A man without Christ has no hope and feels alone
Even with money, he lacks Jesus, the greatest wealth
With Jesus in life is better than one can imagine
For Jesus is everything and He could offer us all
Every saved believer seeks to gather treasure in heaven
The thief does not enter and neither will rust destroy it
We prefer Christ Jesus over the riches of this world
He will return, what good are treasures here
