Before The Morning Breaks

Cláudio Fontenelle

We're tracing lines in the pixelated dark
Watching trees dissolve where the shadows start

A midnight drive in a saturated blue
Keeping secrets in a world built for two

You're the one I lean on, when the
Pixels blur, a silent orbit where the feelings stir

The air is heavy with the things unsaid
Building cities inside of my head

It's a wide gray landscape where the lights don't shine
Waiting for a signal, waiting for a sign

And it feels so right, but it looks so wrong
The shortest road, but the longest song

We're just two heartbeats in a crazy world

Flow, it's a frag, this secret dance
Hiding our world in a lonely train

I'm caught between the day and the neon night
Avoiding every beam of the morning light

If I reach for your hand, will the whole thing break?
How much of this quiet can one heart take?

And it feels so right, but it looks so wrong
The short is wrong, but the longest song

Just two heartbeats in a crazy world

It's a frag dance
Hide our world in a lonely trail

Just a mad world
Enlarge your world in our mad world
