The Body
The human body has many parts
But the many parts make up one whole body
The eye can never say to the hand: I don't need you
The head can't say to the feet, I don't need you
If the whole body were an eye, how would you hear?
Or if your whole body were an ear, how would you smell anything?
How strange a body would be if it had only one part?
If one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it
And if one part is of it, all parts are glad
If one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it
And if one part is honored, all the parts are glad
All of you together are Christ's body and each of you is a part of it
El Cuerpo
El cuerpo humano tiene muchas partes
Pero todas las partes forman un solo cuerpo
El ojo nunca puede decirle a la mano: no te necesito
La cabeza no puede decirle a los pies: no te necesito
Si todo el cuerpo fuera un ojo, ¿cómo podrías oír?
O si todo tu cuerpo fuera una oreja, ¿cómo podrías oler algo?
¡Qué extraño sería un cuerpo si tuviera solo una parte!
Si una parte sufre, todas las partes sufren con ella
Y si una parte es honrada, todas las partes se alegran

Todos ustedes juntos son el cuerpo de Cristo y cada uno de ustedes es una parte de él
