Mas tem algumas características
E quando se conhece
A gente entende, inclui
Respeita e tem empatia
Chamamos de espectro porque somos diferentes
Nem pior, nem melhor, mas incomparavelmente
Com coragem, vencemos um leão a cada dia
Fono, Neuro, Fisioterapia
Uns demoram a falar
Outros falam sem parar
Uns balançam as mãos
E andam na ponta dos pés
Uns adoram abraços
Outros querem se isolar
São sensíveis ao som e ao olhar
Quando estiver em crise, por favor me respeite
Pois meu cérebro funciona de um jeito diferente
Não deboche, não me julgue, muito menos me rejeite!

We understand, include
Respect and have empathy
We call it a spectrum because we are different
Neither worse nor better, but incomparably
With courage, we overcome a lion every day
Speech therapy, Neurology, Physiotherapy
Some take longer to speak
Others speak non-stop
Some shake their hands
And walk on tiptoes
Some love hugs
Others want to isolate themselves
They are sensitive to sound and sight
When in crisis, please respect me
Because my brain works in a different way
Don't mock me, don't judge me, much less reject me!
Bullying and prejudice hurt many people
