The Pilgrim

El Peregrino

Mire a un peregrino
Salvado por la fe
Lavado en la sangre
Con rostro radiante
Y sin temor alguno
Tentado mas y mas
Dijo este yugo es facil
Las cargas son ligeras

Se que palmas de victoria mi corona
Palmas y coronas echare a sus pies

Lo vi en caliente horno
Sin duda ni temor
Y junto en las llamas
Estaba el salvador
Cuando el fuego fue aumentado
Aun siete veces mas
Dijo este yugo es facil
Las cargas son ligeras

Cuando en diversas pruebas
Prisiones y dolor
Decia regocijado
Es por mi redentor
Sentia grande gozo
Pues dios lo escogio
Para llevar su carga
Y su ligero yugo

Y vi al peregrino
Vencer en el final
Llegando a su meta
La vida eterna
Corona incorruptible
El rey le presento
Aquel ligera carga y yugo
Cristo encontro

The Pilgrim

I saw a pilgrim
Saved by faith
Washed in blood
With a radiant face
And without any fear
Tempted more and more
He said this yoke is easy
The burdens are light

I know that palms of victory my crown
Palms and crowns I will lay at his feet

I saw him in the hot furnace
Without doubt or fear
And in the flames together
Was the Savior
When the fire was increased
Even seven times more
He said this yoke is easy
The burdens are light

In various trials
Prisons and pain
He said rejoicing
It is for my Redeemer
He felt great joy
For God chose him
To carry his burden
And his light yoke

And I saw the pilgrim
Victorious in the end
Reaching his goal
Eternal life
Incorruptible crown
The king presented to him
That light burden and yoke
Christ found
