Dependence Day
Independence makes me sick.
For a while it just didn't click
that I had to be dependent.
I want today to start with no delay,
because today is my dependence day.
Jesus please help me to stand up.
I've tried, I've failed.
I need you Holy Spirit to come
and fill my cup right now.
Please show me how to walk in your Spirit,
and your voice I will hear and follow day to day.
Deprevation of his love
can suffocate the soul.
Take a deep breath of his love,
it makes you whole.

La independencia me enferma.
Por un tiempo simplemente no encajaba
que tenía que ser dependiente.
Quiero que hoy comience sin demora,
porque hoy es mi día de dependencia.
Jesús, por favor ayúdame a levantarme.

Necesito que vengas Espíritu Santo
y llenes mi copa ahora mismo.
