I wish i didn't have to say it, but all's not well.
the same poison that gives her life will make her last days a living hell.
there's nothing you can say to take her pain away.
she was so young, we had so much hope.
now cancer's claiming her life while the rest of us try to cope.

so now i go out and do anything to forget all the things i never said, but i can't shake this regret.
