Hoy vivo agradecido con Jesús que me ha dado
De su inmensa riqueza lo que yo no he esperado
Siendo un pobre y desventurado en compañía de cerdos
Como cual hijo pródigo y mis pasos seguros de camino al infierno
Que triste situación del hombre sin Cristo
Sin la ayuda de Dios digo que está perdido
Es por eso que con más insistencia agradezco a mi hermoso creador
Lo que me ha dado su eterno amor y su gloria en el cielo
Cómo puedo pagar lo que ha hecho por mi
Sentenciado a muerte era mi cruel condena
Jesús se presenta y aboga a mi causa
Y como un justo juez me dijo no debes nada
No hay por qué estar tristes tampoco lamentar
El pensar en Jesús esto causa alegría
Siendo dueño de todo, es nuestro padre
Si le llamas el responde si le tocas puertas se abren
El dice clama a mí que te responde
Hay promesas en Dios que hay que aprovechar
Estar en su presencia es lo más especial
Su promesa es estar todos los días con nosotros
Si el está a nuestro lado quien contra nosotros
Sea que viva o que muera a Cristo pertenezco

Today I live grateful to Jesus who has given me
From his immense wealth what I did not expect
Being a poor and unfortunate man in the company of pigs
Like a prodigal son and my steps sure on the way to hell
What a sad situation for a man without Christ
Without God's help, I say he is lost
That's why with more insistence I thank my beautiful creator
