He venido ante ti mi señor,
Porque tengo un dolor en el alma;
Si es de noche no puedo dormir,
Si es de día no encuentro la calma
Mi familia se alejó de mí y
Mis amigos me dieron la espalda.
Solo queda el amor de una madre
Oh mi dios que a ti siempre clama;
Fue su llanto el que me trajo a ti
A entregarte mi vida y mi alma.
Solo espero que tú me perdones
Y a mi vida le des tú la calma.
Yo no puedo seguir más así
Alejado perdido y pecando
Para mi es preferible el morir

A Mother's Prayer
I've come before you my lord,
Because I have a pain in my soul;
If it's night I can't sleep,
If it's day I can't find peace
My family distanced themselves from me and
My friends turned their backs on me.
Only a mother's love remains
Oh my god who you always call upon;
It was her tears that brought me to you
To give you my life and my soul.
I only hope that you forgive me
And give my life peace.
I can't go on like this anymore
Distant, lost, and sinning
For me, it's preferable to die
If I can't erase my past.
Today, answer my mother's plea
Because I want to live by your side.
