Tudo é alegria
Tudo é alegria quando a gente sente
A real presença de Jesus
Pois nem mesmo as fúrias
Do imenso mar
Podem me afastar da eterna luz
Cada vez mais perto vou me aproximando
Da felicidade que há de vir
A cada momento ouço a voz suave
De Jesus falando assim:
"Contigo eu estou
Pois tu és fiel a mim
Em breve te darei
Vida eterna e paz sem fim"
É maravilhoso ter esta certeza
E ao meu Jesus agradecer
Pelo dom supremo, pela imensa graça
A verdade e o viver.
Quando vem as provas permaneço firme
E não tenho de me lamentar
Tenho a proteção do Bom Salvador
Vou seguindo sempre a cantar
E Jesus querido, lá da eterna glória
Minha fé contempla a sorrir
Nesta luz perene, sua voz não cessa
Sempre me dizendo assim:

The real presence of Jesus
For not even the furies
Of the immense sea
Can keep me away from the eternal light
Closer and closer I am approaching
The happiness that is to come
Every moment I hear the gentle voice
Of Jesus speaking like this:
"I am with you
For you are faithful to me
Soon I will give you
Eternal life and endless peace"
It is wonderful to have this certainty
And thank my Jesus
For the supreme gift, for the immense grace
The truth and the living.
When trials come, I remain firm
And have no reason to lament
I have the protection of the Good Savior
I keep singing along
And dear Jesus, from the eternal glory
My faith contemplates with a smile
In this perpetual light, his voice never stops
