Why do they look at me like I'm an animal?
Why do they treat me like I'm so abnormal?
Why must I be locked here in this cage, so alone?
They look at me, they laugh at me, they pity me, they torture me!
What do you see when you look me into [into] my eyes?
Just like you I may look fine; my soul cries
Trapped here in oppression I sit idle [my heart] bleeding
Am I really so inhuman? Inhuman!
They have led me to the edge, no reason left to live
After all they've done to me, the time is up to forgive
I pray for a misanthropic surge to destroy them, me as well
For it is because of them that this paradise is my hell
I look inside, my sanity escapes me
I watch my prayers granted unto me
