The Shepherd's Voice

DJ H-387 Project

In the shadow of the pyramids, where the heavy burdens lay
A shepherd stood before the throne, with a word he had to say
He was a man of broken speech, hiding from a troubled past
But the voice inside the burning bush said: The first shall be the last

Through the desert sands, he walked alone, his heart full of despair
Yet the flames of freedom burned within him, like a sacred fire

Moses faced the tyrant with a voice so strong
Guided by the voice that whispered: You are my chosen one
Plagues struck the land, and doubts crept in his mind
But he held onto hope, for he knew the path was right behind

Though the road was long and the journey hard
With each step, his spirit grew bold and grand
The Almighty's power overcame the Farao's might
And the people found their freedom at last in sight

Through the desert sands, they marched as one, their spirits high
For they followed the voice that led them to the sky

Moses faced the tyrant with a voice so strong
Guided by the voice that whispered: You are my chosen one
Plagues struck the land, and doubts crept in his mind
But he held onto hope, for he knew the path was right behind

Moses faced the tyrant with a voice so strong
Guided by the voice that whispered: You are my chosen one
Plagues struck the land, and doubts crept in his mind
But he held onto hope, for he knew the path was right behind
