Más Que Vencedor
Entonces se juntaron aquellos hombres
Y hallaron a Daniel orando y rogando en presencia de su Dios
Fueron luego ante el rey y le hablaron del edicto real
¿No has confirmado el edicto que cualquiera
Que en el espacio de treinta días
Pida a cualquier Dios u hombre fuera de ti, oh rey
Sea echado en el foso de los leones?
Respondió el rey diciendo: Verdad es
Conforme a la ley de Media y de Persia la cual no puede ser abrogada
Entonces el rey mandó y trajeron a Daniel y le echaron
En el foso de los leones
Y le dijo el rey a Daniel
Daniel, el Dios tuyo a quien tú continuamente sirves, ¡Él te libre!
Señor, mira dónde me han traído
Por causa de mi amor a Ti
En este foso me han tirado
Señor, es que no pueden entender
Que Tú eres real
Que no hay nadie como Tú
Los leones me rodean pero eso no lo veo
Porque yo sé en quién he confiado
Se acercan más y más pero yo no temeré
Porque Tú Jehová estás conmigo
Pues soy más que un vencedor
Por medio de aquél que me amó
Y yo nunca temeré si a mi lado estás
Y aunque venga el león
Con todo su inmenso furor

Y acercándose al foso
Llamó a voces a Daniel, con voz triste le dijo
Daniel, siervo del Dios viviente
El Dios tuyo a quien tú continuamente sirves
Te ha podido librar de los leones
Entonces Daniel respondió al rey
Vive para siempre
Mi Dios envió su Ángel
El cual cerró la boca de los leones
Para que no me hiciesen daño
Y aquí estoy en pie
Soy más que un vencedor, más que un vencedor
Los leones me rodean pero eso no lo veo
Porque yo sé en quién he confiado
Se acercan más y más pero yo no temeré
Porque Tú Jehová estás conmigo

Then those men gathered together
And found Daniel praying and pleading before his God
They went before the king and spoke to him about the royal decree
Have you not confirmed the decree that anyone
Who prays to any god or man within thirty days
Except to you, O king
Shall be thrown into the den of lions?
The king answered, 'The statement is true
According to the law of the Medes and Persians, which cannot be revoked'
Then the king gave orders, and Daniel was brought and thrown into the den of lions
And the king said to Daniel
Daniel, may your God, whom you serve continually, deliver you!
Lord, see where they have brought me
Because of my love for You
Into this pit they have thrown me
Lord, can't they understand
That You are real
That there is no one like You
The lions surround me but I do not see them
Because I know in whom I have trusted
They come closer and closer but I will not fear
For You, Jehovah, are with me
For I am more than a conqueror
Through Him who loved me
And I will never fear if You are by my side

Approaching the den
He called out to Daniel, with a sad voice he said
Daniel, servant of the living God
Your God, whom you serve continually
Has been able to deliver you from the lions
Then Daniel answered the king
May the king live forever
My God sent His angel
Who shut the mouths of the lions
So that they would not harm me
And here I stand
I am more than a conqueror, more than a conqueror

Because I know in whom I have trusted
