I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From whence comes my help?
My help only comes from the Lord,
The maker of heaven and earth.
He who will not let your foot fall,
He who will watch over you,
He who will watch o'er his people
Will neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord watches over you.
The Lord is your shade at your right hand;
The sun will not harm you by day,
The moon will not harm you by night.
The Lord will keep you from harm;
He will watch o'er your life.
The Lord will watch over your coming in and going out
Both now and for evermore.
