To You, Lord, I lift up my soul
In You I choose to trust
Let me not be put to shame
Nor let my enemies triumph
Those who wait are not put to shame
But those who live without reason fall
Therefore I cry out, show me Your ways
Teach me the direction
Guide me in Your eternal truth
You are the God of my salvation
Every day I wait in Your presence
You are the light of my heart
Remember Your mercy
Which has always remained faithful
Do not look at the mistakes of the past
But see Your goodness in me, Lord of heaven
Guide me, Lord, on Your path
Teach me to live Your truth
Your steps are mercy
Your voice guides me to eternity
Even weak, I cry out to You
Even in pain, I will trust
For whoever fears the Most High God
Never walks alone
