Otro dia en la vida
Estaba soñando pesadillas
cuando el telefono sono
me levante aventando pestes
toda la cruda me estallo
pero descolgar la bocina
este pendejo colgo
me refine mi desayuno
una cerveza y un hot dog
todavia estaba medio crudo
y una cubita se me antojo
pero al querer abrir el pomo
se resbalo y se me cayo
no fue mas que otro dia en la vida
que sin pena ni gloria paso
tiempo dinero y esfuerzo se fueron por el caño
de haber sabido mejor
me hubiera quedado a jetear
tenia cita con un bizcocho
que conoci en un reventon
habiamos quedado de vernos
y el tiro estaba hecho
pero llegue tarde a la cita
y ese bizcocho se marcho
llegue como tres horas tarde
y ya no pude retacharme
se descompuso el metro
llegue a mi casa ya bien tarde
porque la tira me apaño
no fue mas que otro dia en la vida
que sin pena ni gloria paso
tiempo dinero y esfuerzo se fueron por el caño
de haber sabido mejor
me hubiera quedado a jetear

when the phone rang
I got up cursing
the hangover hit me
but when I picked up the receiver
that idiot hung up
I refined my breakfast
a beer and a hot dog
everything was still half raw
and I felt like having a little nap
but when trying to open the jar
it slipped and fell
it was just another day in life
that passed without glory or shame
time money and effort went down the drain
if I had known better
I would have stayed in bed
I had a date with a hottie
I met at a party
we had agreed to meet
and the deal was sealed
but I arrived late to the date
and that hottie left
I arrived like three hours late
and couldn't make it up
the subway broke down
I got home very late
because the cops caught me
it was just another day in life
that passed without glory or shame
time money and effort went down the drain
if I had known better
I would have stayed in bed
