Mi misión es ayudar a los demás,
soy el payaso
y tal vez sea la voluntad de Dios
la que me ha concedido este don.
Y debo hacer reír,
incluso cuando llora mi corazón.
No hay nada más bonito en el mundo
que ver a un niño sonreír.
Yo no soy como los demás,
soy el payaso
si siento hambre no me puedo quejar,
pues yo soy el payaso.
Y no puedo llorar
si pierdo a uno de los míos
ni acompañar su último viaje.
Mi trabajo no puede esperar.
Y no hay nada mejor
que volver a la pista otra vez.
Tanta es mi ilusión
que no puedo decir adiós.
El circo es mi vida, el circo soy yo.
