Senhor, quando te vejo no sacramento da comunhão
Sinto o céu se abrir e uma luz a me atingir
Esfriando minha cabeça esquentando meu coração
Senhor graças e louvores sejam dados a todo momento
Quero te louvar na dor na alegria e no sofrimento
E se em meio a tribulação, eu me esquecer de ti

I often come to your house, my Lord
Sad and downcast, needing love
But after communion, your house is my heart
Then I feel heaven within me
I don't commune because I deserve it, I know, oh my Lord, I commune because I need you
When I missed mass, I was running away from myself, from you, but now I've returned, please accept me
