El llegó en tiempo de guerra,
De las olas tocando la tierra
Y también el desembarcó su humanidad.
Ella vio sus ojos profundos de quien vive soñando
Otro mundo y de él se enamoró.
Se sintió muy cerca del cielo y subir sin alas en vuelo,
Porque él su mano al fin a ella le dio.
Esa noche mojó su felicidad con dulcísimas lágrimas
Que dejó en el mar hundirse y la sal con sal unirse.
Sí, le decía así: "Tú eres el amor mío
y toda mi vida te daré".
Y él respondía él:
"yo tengo una piedra pequeña aquí
para construir paz donde no hay y así,
yo la llevaré donde me llevará
esta esperanza inmensa que no me abandonará.

Piedra pequeña quizás un día se posará".
