A la iglesia del señor
Llegaran todos los hombres
Si al tocar ellos su puerta
Encontraran solo amor
Cuando pedro,apóstoles y fieles
Vivía verdadera comunión
Ponían en común todos sus bienes
Sin que hubiese entre ellos distinción
Nadie entonces sufria de humillación
Pues de acuerdo a lo que se necesitaba
Hacían una justa división
Y así pobre nadie se quedaba
Partiendo ellos el pan en sus moradas
Ejemplo daban de fraternidad
A dios agradeciendo estos favores
Apreciados en toda la ciudad
Y nosotros, de cristo cuerpo vivo
Queremos ya con firme voluntad
Volver a ese camino primitivo
Volver a cristo por la caridad

To the church of the Lord
All men will come
If when they knock on its door
They find only love
When Peter, apostles, and faithful
Lived in true communion
They shared all their possessions
Without any distinction among them
No one then suffered humiliation
For according to what was needed
They made a fair division
And so no one remained poor
Breaking bread in their homes
They set an example of brotherhood
Thanking God for these favors
Appreciated throughout the city
And we, the living body of Christ
We want with firm will
To return to that primitive path
To return to Christ through charity
