Os americanos lidaram com o problema

De repente um russo vai pro espaço viajar
Na corrida eles ficaram em primeiro
E com um Fidel Castro
Que estava enraivecido
Se tem mísseis em Cuba o tempo vai fechar de vez!
Quem odiou essa ideia foram os americanos
Pra eles Cuba tinha que falar inglês
Na Europa rompeu oriental e ocidental
Quando um muro a Alemanha levantou
Dividiram a cidade de Berlim
Decisão que muito pai e filho separou
Estava acirrada a Corrida Espacial
Apollo deu um trabalhão!
E o Armstrong após muita persistência
Virou herói para uma geração
E o mesmo lá em outro continente
Soldados muito crentes que o Vietnã iam vencer
Mas apanharam os capitalistas
Aquele país deles não ia ser
Americano e Russo ainda na pancadaria
No espaço agora é guerra e não exploração
E uma outra guerra começou a rolar
Soviéticos armados lá no Afeganistão (ah, ah, ah)
Só que era caro pra manter tanto espião
Pro comunismo não deu certo não
