Grandes batalhas, gigantes enfrentei
Vitórias conquistadas pelo Senhor
Quantas lutas vieram pra me fazer parar
Até pensei eu não vou suportar
Mais tua palavra me sustentou
Eu vi a igreja sendo perseguida em toda a terra
Missionários em cavernas adorando em prisões
E como posso pensar em parar
Se Jesus vitorioso a sua obra completará
E a carreira que está posta para mim
Eu a completarei, de Deus galardão receberei
E já não me importa as coisas que este mundo tem
Pois vida eterna viverei
E lá no céu eu cantarei!

I Fought the Good Fight
A lion and a bear I killed each day
Great battles, giants I faced
Victories won by the Lord
How many fights came to make me stop
I even thought I couldn't bear it
But your word sustained me
I saw the church being persecuted all over the land
Missionaries in caves worshipping in prisons
And how can I think of stopping
If victorious Jesus will complete His work
And the race that is set before me
I will complete, receive God's reward
And I no longer care about the things this world has
For eternal life I will live
And there in heaven I will sing!
I fought the good fight!
I finished the race and kept the faith
The battles are fought by the Lord
From glory to glory, conquering I go

Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith
Today victory God has for you
Who walk by faith and not by sight in what you believe!
