Christmas Dream
I dreamed I spent my Christmas with my family
I heard the sleigh bells ringing from afar
I dreamed I helped my sisters decorate the tree
And my brother held me up to hang the star
Mama and my papa and all the kis were there
We opened up our presents then we had the family prayer
I spent a lovely Christmas with my family even if it was a Christmas dream
I dreamed I spent my Christmas with the family
And what I wouldn't give if it were so
I dreamed my mama kissed me and buttoned up my coat
And said now go and play out in the snow
Poor old papa carved the turkey and little sister cut the cake
Then we bowed our heads and all gay things we said in Jesus name and for his sake
I had a lovely Christmas with my family even if it was a Christmas dream
Sueño de Navidad
Soñé que pasaba mi Navidad con mi familia
Escuché las campanas de trineo sonar a lo lejos
Soñé que ayudaba a mis hermanas a decorar el árbol
Y mi hermano me levantaba para colgar la estrella
Mamá y papá y todos los niños estaban ahí
Abrimos nuestros regalos y luego tuvimos la oración familiar
Pasé una hermosa Navidad con mi familia, aunque fuera un sueño de Navidad
Soñé que pasaba mi Navidad con la familia
Y daría lo que fuera porque fuera real
Soñé que mamá me besaba y abotonaba mi abrigo
Y me decía 'ahora ve a jugar afuera en la nieve'
Pobre papá tallaba el pavo y mi hermanita cortaba el pastel
Luego inclinamos nuestras cabezas y dijimos cosas alegres en nombre de Jesús y por su causa
Tuve una hermosa Navidad con mi familia, aunque fuera un sueño de Navidad
