Ahora me encuentro solito
Me duele mirarte tan lejos
February 13th
I remember that time at the river
That I saw you with him for the first time
I felt an emptiness inside me
And my whole world turned upside down
Everything I believed in with you
I thought I'd lost him when I saw you with him
Now I find myself all alone
And you're so happy, having a good time
I remember that it was supposed to be
That that happy day was going to be
Who could see the plans of life
Painting you so close to him
And to think I was going to talk to you tomorrow
With a thousand flowers and an I love you too
But the river made me change my mind
When I saw you kissing him
My words drowned themselves
Like letters I never sent
Today I have to wipe the smile off my face
And to cry for what never was
My hands trembled when I saw you
I wanted to cry, but I held it in
A thousand things kept inside
And you didn't even turn to look at me
I swear I'd rather die
I'd rather not see you than not be with me
Who knows, maybe I should leave
Honestly, I don't know why I agreed to come
It hurts to see you so far away
And to see that your laughter is not for me
My soul broke in silence
Ever since I saw you so happy with him
It doesn't hurt anymore, I just get tired
Expecting something that won't come
Illusions that faded
Like the river that never returns
Today I'm leaving with my forehead drooping
But the soul learned to understand
That sometimes love ends
Even if one doesn't want to let it fall
