The King
The greatest need of the hour is for our eyes to be opened
We need to know God
That One man could suffer a few short hours on that cross
And save a multitude of men from an eternity in hell
Because that One man is more valuable than all of them put together
He's the creator of the heavens and the earth
He's the Holy One of Israel, the Living God
Christ, He remains the message, He remains the standard
There is no other purpose for my life, but to follow Him (because that One man)
And to make Him known
Was worth more than all of them (put together)
He is Yahweh in the flesh, He is the Eternal One
The Divine, pre-eminent Son of God from everlasting, through Him the worlds were made
He took our sins by emptying Himself, by taking our suffering and our sin and our hell
The Lord is with me, I will not be afraid
What could mere mortals do to me? We are untouchable, we have nothing to fear

A maior necessidade do momento é que nossos olhos sejam abertos
Precisamos conhecer a Deus
Aquele homem podia suportar algumas poucas horas naquela cruz
E salvar uma multidão de homens de uma eternidade no inferno
Porque esse homem é mais valioso do que todos eles juntos
Ele é o criador dos céus e da terra
Ele é o Santo de Israel, o Deus Vivo
Cristo, Ele continua sendo a mensagem, Ele continua sendo o padrão
Não há outro propósito para a minha vida, senão segui-Lo (porque aquele homem)
E para torná-Lo conhecido
Valia mais do que todos eles (juntos)
Ele é Yahweh em carne, Ele é o Eterno
O Divino e preeminente Filho de Deus desde a eternidade, por meio d'Ele os mundos foram criados
Ele levou sobre si mesmo os nossos pecados, ao se esvaziar, ao assumir o nosso sofrimento, o nosso pecado e o nosso inferno
O Senhor está comigo, não terei medo
O que meros mortais poderiam me fazer? Somos intocáveis, não temos nada a temer
