Viejo bosque
Estuvo lloviendo... Toda la tarde
el campo ha quedado muy
verde y fragante;
pero las flores tienen su capa
porque se moja quien no se tapa.
Y de su cueva sonriente y amable
salió el Conejo con impermeable;
de un viejo árbol bajó doña Ardilla
muy pizpireta con su sombrilla
Old Forest
It's been raining... All afternoon
the field has become very
Green and fragrant;
but the flowers have their coat
because those who don't cover up get wet.
And from his smiling and kind cave
came out the Rabbit with a raincoat;
from an old tree came down Mrs. Squirrel
very lively with her umbrella
