All Over Again
Another blow and again
I'm feeling the pain,
though actually
nobody hit me.
One little seed began
to develop its thorny bush
Anxiety,
uncertainty,
and fear feed it like the sun,
the earth,
and water.
The wounds that have just been
healed begin to bleed again.
One more little gleam of hope.

it's waiting for the time.
To light fire once more.
