The Voice Of Right
I was the first of his works
Appointed from eternity
Before the world began
I was there when he set
The heavens in place
When he marked out the horizon
Does not wisdom call out?
Does not understanding raise her voice?
Listen,! Have worthy things to say!
I open my mouth to speak, what's right
Wisdom, dwell with prudence
I possess knowledge and discretion
Counsel and judgement is mine
I have understanding and power
Wisdom is to love the Lord
To fear God, and to hate evil!
Listen to my words and be wise
Do not ignore it!
Whoever finds me finds life
But all who hate me, they love death!

Fui la primera de sus obras
Nombrada desde la eternidad
Antes de que el mundo comenzara
Estuve allí cuando él puso
Los cielos en su lugar
Cuando trazó el horizonte
¿Acaso la sabiduría no clama?
¿No alza su voz el entendimiento?
¡Escucha! ¡Tengo cosas valiosas que decir!
Abro mi boca para hablar, lo correcto
Sabiduría, habita con prudencia
Poseo conocimiento y discreción
El consejo y el juicio son míos
Tengo entendimiento y poder
La sabiduría es amar al Señor
Temer a Dios y odiar el mal
Escucha mis palabras y sé sabio
¡No lo ignores!
Quien me encuentra, encuentra vida
Pero todos los que me odian, aman la muerte!
